Chandigarh :Apparently anticipating a show of solidarity by people here with Anna Hazare''s day-long fast in New Delhi, the administration has clamped prohibitory orders, banning assembly of five or more people and holding of processions in the city tomorrow.
The prohibitory orders were issued today by the district magistrate in view of the reports that certain groups of people are planning to organise rallies, dharnas and resort to agitation, an official release said.
Former state minister and PPP chief Manpreet Singh Badal had called a protest rally tomorrow in support of Hazare''s fast to protest against the Parliamentary Standing Committee report on Lokpal Bill.
